How fast we reply

Our team tries to reply to reader messages within three to five business days. In practice most straightforward questions get a response faster than that, but we would rather set a realistic expectation than overpromise. Response time depends on the type of message. A quick correction (such as a typo or an outdated bonus figure) can be handled the same week. A longer research request, a factual dispute that requires us to re-check a casino's terms, or a media enquiry that needs editorial sign-off may take longer. Please note we do not operate a 24/7 helpdesk and we are not able to deal with account issues at Rainbet or any other operator. If your question is time-sensitive and relates to a live account, deposit, or withdrawal at a casino, contact that casino's own support channel first; they can act on your account and we cannot.

What we can help with

You will get a useful reply from us on topics we actually cover. Those include:

  • corrections to reviews, bonus values, or payment-method lists
  • clarifications on something you read on this site that was unclear
  • tips for Canadian players about Rainbet or similar crypto casinos
  • broken links, display problems, and other technical issues on the site itself
  • editorial feedback on tone, structure, or missing information

We cannot help with: unlocking a Rainbet account, chasing a withdrawal, overturning a bonus confiscation, recovering a lost password, or any other operator-side problem. We also cannot give personalised gambling advice, legal advice, or tax advice. For problem gambling support, please see the resources listed on our responsible-gaming page.

Contact form

The quickest way to reach the Hunterowner editorial team is the contact form on this page. Please fill in the fields honestly: a working email address, a short subject line, and a message that gives us enough context to help. If you are reporting an error, a direct link to the page in question speeds things up considerably. If you are a Canadian reader sharing a Rainbet experience you want us to factor into a future review, include approximate dates, the deposit method you used, and whether you had completed KYC when the event happened. We do not share your email address, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not pass your message to Rainbet or any other operator. Form submissions are read only by our editorial team and are kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, after which they are deleted in line with our privacy policy.

Media and press

Journalists, researchers, and academics studying the crypto-casino market are welcome to reach out. We can usually help with:

  • background commentary on trends in crypto gambling, from a Canadian reader perspective
  • context on how affiliate review sites in this niche typically work and are funded
  • source material we have already published, with permission to quote with attribution

Please contact us through the main form and label the subject line clearly as a media enquiry so it reaches the right person. Include your deadline, your publication or outlet, and whether you need a named editorial source or background-only comment. We do not pay for coverage, we do not accept paid guest posts dressed up as news, and we will decline requests that would compromise our editorial independence. For statements about Rainbet specifically, we would always recommend contacting the operator directly in addition to our commentary.

Ways to reach the editors

The contact form on this site is the primary and preferred way to reach the Hunterowner editorial team. It routes directly to our team inbox and ensures your message does not get lost. We do not publish a general phone number, because we do not operate a telephone helpdesk and we would rather not pretend otherwise. We also do not provide a public postal address on the site; for formal correspondence that genuinely needs a mailing address (for example a legal notice), please request one through the contact form and we will provide the correct details once we understand the nature of the request. Please do not try to reach us through private messages on social media platforms. Those channels are not monitored on an editorial schedule and your message is likely to be missed. If you have already written through the form and have not heard back after five business days, a short, polite follow-up is welcome.

Partnerships and business

If you represent an online casino, a payment provider, or a related business and want to discuss a commercial relationship, please contact our team through the form and mark the subject line as a business enquiry. We will consider affiliate partnerships with operators that are relevant to our Canadian audience and whose terms we are willing to recommend to readers. What we will not do: publish undisclosed sponsored content, remove negative but accurate information from a review in exchange for payment, host backlinks that look editorial but are commercial, or sell our mailing list. Any affiliate relationship is disclosed on our affiliate-disclosure page, and the editorial team retains full control over review ratings regardless of commercial terms. If those conditions are not acceptable to you, we are probably not a good fit, and that is fine. We would rather turn down revenue than mislead our readers.
